This notice explains how Pkrss.LIMITED (“we”) handles personal data for the pkrss website and Cloud AI features. Privacy contact: ldl@pkrss.com.
For the pkrss app and our Cloud API, Pkrss.LIMITED is the controller of data we process to operate the service. For card checkout, Paddle.com Market Limited / Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and processes payment data under its own privacy notice — see Paddle Privacy Policy.
Feed lists, articles, and settings are stored mainly in your browser (IndexedDB). We do not require an account to read news. Optional Firebase backup (if you enable it) uses Google Firebase under Google’s terms; you control whether that feature is on.

The reader itself is largely local. Checkout pages may set cookies required by Paddle. Analytics cookies are not required for core use; if we add them later, this page will be updated.
License and balance records are kept while the key remains usable and for a reasonable period afterward for fraud prevention and accounting. Server logs are rotated on a short schedule. Browser data remains until you clear site data.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact ldl@pkrss.com. You may also contact your local data-protection authority. For payment-specific requests, contact Paddle as well.
We use HTTPS and access controls on the Cloud API. No method of transmission is 100% secure; please protect your license key like a password.
pkrss Cloud purchases are intended for adults (18+) or with guardian consent where required.
